Loan Package Signing Rates:

Starting at $75.00 for notarizing a single set of loan documents and performing associated duties as a loan signing agent, OR

$10.00 per signature notarized plus travel fee ($15.00 minimum) based on mileage if providing notary service ONLY. Please Note travel fee is only if we come to you, if you come to us you don't occur any other fees then the basic notary fees.
For notarizing each additional set of loan documents and performing associated duties as a loan signing agent during the same appointment: $50.00
Other Charges:
After hours signings (between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. or between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.): Add $25.00
Emergency signings (between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.): Add $50.00
Receive and print two copies of digital documents: Add $40.00
No-show or no-sign: Full fee

I DO NOT "back date" documents as it is illegal to do so.

Evening and weekend appointments are available at no extra charge.

Discounts offered for back-to-back in-office signings.

Additional notary services are available at set CA rate plus any applicable travel fees. Please call for a quote.

Prices vary according to distance traveled and any document pickup/dropoff or print/copy/fax requirements.
